• Purpose of our Privacy Policy

1.1. Pyrenean Outfitters recognizes the importance of current regulations concerning privacy and data protection. In connection with this, the security, integrity and confidentiality of the User’s personal information represents a significant part of our business and therefore, as to this aspect, we want to proceed in the most responsibly way. The policy herein (the “Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information we collect, how we collect it, how we share it and the purposes for which third parties can access it or use it.

1.2. In addition, the Privacy Policy provides information on the principles and practices of Pyrenean Outfitters (hereinafter the Company) regarding privacy and data protection in order to be as transparent as possible in the management and processing of the personal data of our Users. To that effect, the Privacy Policy here in has been implemented to be applied to all personal information provided by Users when they access to our Website (hereinafter, the “Platform”) and use the services and features of the Company.

2.1. The User acknowledges having read and understood the Privacy Policy here in which governs the use of the Platform and constitutes the entirety agreement between the User and the Company in respect to the use and processing of personal information within the Platform. The Users, when voluntarily provide their data, expressly consent the processing by the Company and by its service providers and collaborators (IT sector) whose intervention is necessary for the correct management of the services offered in our Platform and for the compliance with the above mentioned purposes.
